Each program here names the pharmacy that fills its compounded GLP-1 prescriptions, so you can look that pharmacy up. We check three FDA sources: its warning letters, its list of compounding inspections and actions, and its register of 503B outsourcing facilities, and we match a pharmacy only on its name plus the address or state the program gives. A 503A pharmacy compounds to a prescription for a named patient and is licensed by a state board; a 503B outsourcing facility also registers with the FDA and is inspected by it. Three programs list a pharmacy with an FDA warning letter: ShedRx (Boothwyn Pharmacy, open, January 16, 2026; Promise Pharmacy, 2019, closed out in 2022), Embody (Triad Rx, 2019, closed out in 2023) and Belle (BPI Labs, March 20, 2025, about a product that is not a GLP-1). Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved: the FDA doesn't review their safety, effectiveness or quality before they're sold.

Embody names four pharmacies with street addresses in the footer of its site: Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy (St. George, UT), Health Warehouse (Florence, KY), Precision Medicine (Bellmore, NY) and Triad Rx (Daphne, AL), and calls them state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. None of the four is on the FDA's 503B register. Triad Rx, at the Daphne address Embody lists, received an FDA warning letter on February 5, 2019, which the FDA closed out on May 3, 2023; Health Warehouse and Precision Medicine have no FDA action on the lists we check. Compounded semaglutide is $79 a month and tirzepatide $129 month to month, or $69 and $119 a month on a 12-month plan billed up front.

What you payAmount
Compounded semaglutide$79 month to month; $69 a month on a 12-month plan
Compounded tirzepatide$129 month to month; $119 a month on a 12-month plan ($1,428 up front)
3- or 6-month planSemaglutide $228 or $438 up front; tirzepatide $378 or $738
12-month semaglutide plan$828 billed up front ($69 a month), non-refundable

Embody itself has no FDA warning letter on file; it serves every US state except Louisiana and doesn't bill insurance.

It’s for you if
  • You want every pharmacy named with a street address before you order.
  • You want the program to state the pharmacy type: Embody says all four are 503A.
  • You want the doctor, the drug and shipping in one price with $0 fees.
It’s not for you if
  • You want only pharmacies with no FDA warning letter in their history: Triad Rx had one in 2019, since closed out.

  • The $69 rate tempts you but you aren't ready to commit to a year. If you have side effects, talk to your provider.

Lttl's terms name four partner pharmacies with addresses: RedRock Compounding Pharmacy (St. George, UT), Health Warehouse (Florence, KY), Precision Compounding Pharmacy (Bellmore, NY) and Triad Rx (Daphne, AL). Its launch release says it works only with state-licensed 503A pharmacies, and none of the four is on the FDA's 503B register. Triad Rx, at the Daphne address Lttl lists, received an FDA warning letter on February 5, 2019, closed out on May 3, 2023. Red Rock's Springville, Utah site received a Form 483 in July 2026; Lttl lists the St. George site. The terms say a prescription may be moved between pharmacies, so the list doesn't tell you which one fills your order.

What you payAmount
Compounded semaglutide$99 a month (4-week supply); $89 a month on a 12-month plan ($1,068 up front)
Compounded tirzepatide$149 a month (4-week supply); $139 a month on a 12-month plan ($1,668 up front)

YourEra's terms name three pharmacies: Galleria Medical Pharmacy, LLC, which YourEra manages; Diversified Pharmacy, Inc., doing business as MediVera Compounding Pharmacy, LLC; and VitalRX, LLC, doing business as VialsRx. Which one fills your order depends on what is prescribed and the state you live in, and the terms give no address and no 503A or 503B type for any of them. Galleria has no FDA action on the lists we check; with no location for MediVera or VialsRx, we can't match either one to an FDA record or to the 503B register. Compounded semaglutide is $89 a month and tirzepatide $129, month to month.

What you payAmount
Compounded semaglutide$89 a month, month to month, after an auto-applied 20% off (new-patient price)
Compounded tirzepatide$129 a month, month to month ($161.25 before the 20%)

FeesNo membership fee; free shipping

  • You want to know which pharmacy fills your order before you pay: it depends on your drug and your state.
  • You want a brand-name pen like Wegovy or Zepbound.
  • You don't want injections, or don't feel comfortable injecting yourself.

GobyMeds lists four dispensing pharmacies on its safety information page: Precision Medicine, HealthWarehouse.com, The Pharmacy Hub and Seven Cells Pharmacy, each with a phone number and website but no address. It says your prescription goes to a "503A or 503B" pharmacy licensed in your state, without saying which is which. Without an address or state, we can't match them with confidence to the FDA's inspection records; none of the four appears in the FDA warning letters we hold, and none is on the 503B register under that name.

Enhanced names four partner pharmacies in its terms of service: RedRock Pharmacy (1240 E 100 S, St. George, UT), Health Warehouse (Florence, KY), Precision Compounding Pharmacy (Bellmore, NY) and Triad Rx, for which it gives only a website; that site lists 26258 Pollard Road, Daphne, AL. It does not say which pharmacy fills your order, and the site says only that the drug comes from "a licensed 503A/503B pharmacy"; none of the four is on the FDA's 503B register. Triad Rx at that Daphne address received an FDA warning letter on February 5, 2019, closed out on May 3, 2023. The FDA's list has a July 2026 inspection report for a Red Rock Pharmacy in Springville, UT, not the St. George address Enhanced lists.

GLP‑1 programs that name their compounding pharmacy: what people ask

Embody ranks first of the 8 programs we compared, rated 9.2 / 10, from $69 a month. The ranking weighs verified price, pharmacy, FDA enforcement record and state coverage, never commission.

Embody has the lowest verified price in this ranking, at $69 a month. Check what the price includes: a membership or consultation fee can change which program is cheaper over three months. Where a program bills the medication separately, the price shown is its fee plus the maker's own cash price.

6 of the 8 programs here charge no separate membership fee. The rest either charge one or do not disclose it; each write-up states which.

None of the 8 programs here bills insurance. They are cash-pay, so the listed price is what you pay.

4 of the 8 programs ship to all 50 states. The others leave out a few states; each write-up gives the count.

How this ranking works

How we score
Every program is scored 0–10 on verified price, transparency and the safety record.
What removes a program
An open FDA warning letter removes a program from every recommendation on this site.
How we make money
Some outbound links are affiliate links. Commission is not an input to a score, and a program cannot pay to change it.
